T3 Arena is set to receive a major update on March 31 at 7:00 am (UTC). The latest update, version 1.34.1473522, will bring a host of new features, including the highly anticipated 3v3 Mid-Match Hero Swapping, new events, and quality of life improvements.

3v3 Mid-Match Hero Swapping:
The biggest addition to the game is the introduction of 3v3 Mid-Match Hero Swapping, which will make battles even more dynamic and unpredictable. Players will now be able to swap Heroes mid-match, adding a new layer of strategy and depth to gameplay. After being KOed, players can select a different Hero before their revive timer runs out. The Trophy Settlement post-match will be adjusted depending on the Heroes used mid-match.

New Events:
Players can look forward to exciting new events in the latest update. The “Hero Challenge” event allows players to take on a series of challenges with different Heroes and receive exclusive rewards. The “Players’ Return” event is designed for players who haven’t visited T3 Arena for more than 30 days, with extra login rewards and tasks. Players are encouraged to invite their friends to check out what’s new. The “Ultimate Core Mission” event is scheduled to be removed.

Quality of Life Improvements:
The update will also bring several quality of life improvements that will enhance the overall gaming experience. Daily “First Share” Rewards will be available to players who share with friends, resetting daily. The Matchmaking Queue will allow players to claim rewards, purchase items, and switch in-Lobby Heroes while waiting in the queue. The Friends List Bug, which caused in-game frame drops when adding too many Friends, has been fixed. The Hero Selection Bug, where players could repeatedly select the same Hero, has also been fixed. The update will also include various UI and sound design improvements.

Server Maintenance:
The server maintenance will last for approximately 30 minutes, during which all online players will be forced to log out. Players are advised to log out before the maintenance period to avoid any possible interruptions to their matches. The T3 Arena team appreciates players’ understanding and support during the maintenance period.
