T3 Arena Announces First Official Esports Event – Arena League
T3 Arena has announced their first-ever official esports event called Arena League in their latest YouTube video. Lazycaz, one of the developers of T3 Arena, shared the plan for the tournament series which is set to start on April 22nd and end on May 28th.
Arena League is a seasonal event designed to run similarly to ranked seasons. The first season, Season 5, is set to take place from April 22nd to May 28th, and is open to two regions only: North America and Japan.
The tournament is divided into three phases, the Qualifiers, Wild Cards, and Seasonal Finals:
Phase One – The Qualifiers are invitational only and will feature 16 teams based on their participation in past community events. The livestreamed Qualifiers will take place on weekends, starting from April 22nd. Four Qualifier winners will then move on to the Seasonal Finals.
